6.5 weeks

Elsie is now 6.5 weeks… the time is flying by and it seems strange to imagine our family before her arrival. She is gorgeous (as any parent would say about their child) and we’re loving having a baby in the house. I’m grabbing every sleep opportunity available which means the tiredness hasn’t really built up.

We had a busy weekend celebrating Gran’s 90th birthday...we had a lovely family party at Uncle David and Aunty Katherine’s house. 7 great grandchildren is a pretty impressive achievement for any woman

On Sunday we met up with Jen’s school friends and Elspeth and Max (Fran’s baby) had the opportunity to meet for the first time.

On Friday Bethany has her first visit to ‘Big School’. She’ll be wearing school uniform for the visit – I fear their may be tears! (from Mum and Dad not Bethany!!!)
Callum will also be going to the local PreSchool without Mummy or Bethany for the first time. Fingers crossed this goes well too!
